The upcoming 18th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), to be held both online and on-site in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region from Sept 10 to 13, will continue to set up a special exhibition area for green building materials, Nanning Daily reported on Aug 18.

As the year 2021 marks the China-ASEAN Year of Sustainable Development, the exhibition area is expected to build a platform for companies managing green building material businesses from China, ASEAN countries and countries and regions alongside the Belt and Road to enhance communication and cooperation.

Covering a total area of 8,100 square meters, the exhibition will gather outstanding domestic companies such as Fuzhou Duorunsi Coatings and Shanxi Kanaifu Pipe Industry to showcase China's technical advantages and high-quality products in the green building material industry. 

On-site events such as purchasing matchmaking fairs will also take place during the 18th CAEXPO to bring purchasing agents closer to exhibitors.

The CAEXPO has long been an important platform for the Chinese architectural materials industry to enter the ASEAN market, providing lots of opportunities for domestic companies managing the sector to take their business overseas.
