First aviation international cross-border e-commerce center in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region started official operations on Dec 30, 2021 with its first batch of cargo having already departed to Thailand under the 9610 customs supervision code.
The center, located in Terminal 2 of Nanning Wuxu International Airport, has a floorage of nearly 5,500 square meters and a daily handling capacity of 24,000 orders.
Yan Haiyan of Nanning Wuxu International Airport said that the center will make up for the shortcomings in the airport's logistics and better promote local e-commerce products globally.
Cargo under the 9610 customs supervision code allows individuals or e-commerce companies to trade online with more convenient supervision procedures, making customs clearance cheaper.
