The 2022 China (Guangxi) and Vietnam (Cao Bang) Young Entrepreneurs Online Talks was held both online and on-site in Liuzhou on May 26, gathering nearly 100 youth representatives from China and Vietnam.

The event was held in celebration of the 72nd anniversary of the establishment of China-Vietnam diplomatic ties.

Meng Qipeng, secretary of the Guangxi Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, said that Vietnam and Guangxi share a border and that the bilateral trade volume between the two countries has already exceeded $230 billion, making Vietnam China's biggest trade partner in ASEAN.

Meng suggested that Chinese and Vietnamese young entrepreneurs enhance communication and cooperation to make more contributions to the economic growth of the two countries.

Six young entrepreneur representatives from the two countries involved in the construction machinery, modern agriculture, and tourism sectors carried out online discussions on pressing issues spanning industry ecosystems, international management, as well as market cooperation.

Lin Long, general manager of Liugong Group's branch in Indonesia, said that the Vietnam market is Liugong Group's first step towards international development and is one of the group's core markets overseas.

Lin added that the group's products have now been widely used in many sectors in Vietnam, such as hydropower stations and steel plants, to serve local infrastructure construction.
